Do we need more leadership development?

We Need More Godly Leaders

Right now our world is overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, loneliness, and feelings of worthlessness. We aren’t going to bring the healing this world needs through politics, through environmental change, or through the economy. We need more of God and we need godly leaders in every sector of society who are living out their God given calling.

God calls us all to be influencers and to make a difference where we are [Matt 5:13-16]. It might sound intimidating but if you are a follower of Jesus, you are following the greatest influencer of all time. In just three years of ministry he equipped and empowered a group of uneducated and unqualified people who went on to turn the world upside down through the power of the Holy Spirit. He wasn’t a typical leader. But he engaged the hurting, equipped the humble, and empowered those He called. Over 2,000 years later we’re still talking about Him and what his followers did. We need more leaders like that.

In a time when institutions and established leaders are losing trust and failing to meet many expectations, what hope is there? There is always hope in Christ. Great leadership development is all about godly discipleship.

Santosh Swamidass has been training up leaders for over 25 years both locally and overseas. His experience spans athletics, business, churches, and non-profits. His passion for bringing up the next generation of leaders is deeply tied to his passion for helping people know and follow God.

Serving the Hurting in our midst

To reach a hurting world we need to see the least, the last, and the lost.  So many people are uninterested in God, religion, and church but they are still deeply interested in spirituality.  We are seizing on the great opportunity to reach the hopeless in our midst and we’re already seeing new doors open with:

  • Free Spiritual Health Assessments for people
  • Bringing hope into Public Schools
  • Offering Spiritual health assessments to trauma patients
  • Providing Leadership Coaching for Christian non-profits
